My clients first approached me in the fall about selling their home. They knew they would be selling sometime after the first of the year, and the home had professional landscaping, which is hard to see when it's winter here in Maryland. So I sent a photographer out to capture the nature surrounding this home.

Next, I brought in a professional stager that gave them some ideas on how to get their house ready to sell for top dollar. For them (like everyone), the list included minimizing, storing away some items and painting the areas that needed it. Once they were done, we took more pictures!

One discussion I have with my clients is to have them tell me what makes their home special.  These clients made many upgrades while they lived there, and they enjoyed all the community amenities.  All things that helped make this home very marketable to buyers.  They were very happy to have received multiple offers.
